Little details matter in any custom project. Feel assured that your project is being handled by a dedicated, family-run team that has operated locally for decades. Many of our standard features are considered “upgrades” by some development contractors. Further, we are happy to provide pre-purchase lot inspections for our prospective clients. This helps to give you a rough idea of building costs in SLO & Monterey County, before you make a big commitment on land.
